Warehouse Associate
Job Order #: WCSW2The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the order fulfillment of products flowing in and out of the warehouse on a daily basis. The Warehouse associate is a physically active role that responds in a timely manner to order retrieval and fulfillment of orders (“picking and packing”) and other components for production. The Warehouse Associate works closely with the logistics and supply chain team as well as the Warehouse Manager and Coordinator. This position requires a high standard of accuracy; attention to detail; the ability stand, lift and move in a timely manner; follow direction quickly and accurately: and work independently and as part of a dynamic team. This position requires strict compliance with health and safety protocols.
Qualifications/Skills
- High level of attention to detail
- 1-2 years experience in a similar warehouse/ manufacturing role
- Experience working in e-commerce fulfillment (shipping software)
- Strong English written, verbal and numeracy skills.
- Able to lift over 30 lbs, stand, move and bend for long periods of time
- Independent working habits, critical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to perform some administrative work when needed

Warehouse Coordinator
Job Order #: WCSW2The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the organization, documentation and order fulfillment processes of products flowing in and out of the warehouse. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of accurate and timely data entry, customs and shipping/receiving related administrative tasks, and ensuring operational practices related to the flow of goods in and our of the warehouse are consistently applied. The Warehouse Coordinator works closely with the logistics and supply chain team as well as the Warehouse Manager and Associate. This position requires a high standard of accuracy; attention to detail; follow direction quickly and accurately; and work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Qualifications/Skills
- High level of attention to detail
- 1-2 years in a similar warehouse/ manufacturing role
- Experience in customer service /vendor relations
- Experience working in e-commerce fulfillment, shipping software, Microsoft Office environments
- Strong English written, verbal and numeracy skills.
- Independent working habits, critical thinking and problem solving
- The keen ability and interest to work with others
- Ability to perform some physical packing work when needed
